What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition in the original packaging (all plastic wrap still on). Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the retailer. If you purchased from Lil Deenies directly, please contact us prior to returning your product using our contact form, here.

How safe are Lil Deenies products?
All our puzzles are tested by an independent third-party to meet CPSC safety standards.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after order is received. Once shipped, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver the product to your home.
