What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition in the original packaging (all plastic wrap still on). Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the retailer. If you purchased from Lil Deenies directly, please contact us prior to returning your product using our contact form, here.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Orders are shipped within the timeframe noted at checkout. Once shipped, it can take 3-7 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver the product to your home.
International buyers: It may take 7- 20 business days to deliver your package after shipment. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
